You know your business better than anyone. That's why we believe in letting you customize the level and type of service that is appropriate for your practice and budget. Our service agreements are designed by you for you.

 

A customized plan will allow you to put your focus and attention where it matters - on your patients.  Equipment issues will be promptly resolved and maintenance and repair costs can be handled on a more predictable and manageable basis.

 

All of our service agreements include:

  • Fast local on-site service response, from highly trained field engineers who maintain and repair your equipment with precision and speed — every time

  • 24x7 access to support, allowing critical issues to be immediately addressed when required

  • Service records and reports maintained according to JACHO and other regulatory agency preferences

  • Flexibility allowing you to design coverage that fits your budget and needs

  

Concerned about choosing the right level of coverage for your business?

Not to worry, we belive in doing the right thing by our customers.  Thats why it's XEC's policy to allow changes your service plan or cancellation of your entire agreement Anytime with only 30-days notice.

A La Carte Service Plans

 

You customize a service plan specifically for your particular needs and budget, never pay for service you don't need or want again.

 

First select the locations where you would like service and the business hours you want covered. Then choose the equipment and parts you want included in your plan.  Or if you'd rather, provide us with your budget and we will design a plan that fits comfortably within your scope.

 

Whether you would like full on-site service and support including all parts, travel, labor, and 24 hour emergency response or a more limited plan, we can meet your needs.
