When it comes to equipment sales, we focus on two objectives:

 

1. Provide you with the most honest advice possible in regards to your needs. Not signing sales agreements allows us to place our loyalty firmly where it belongs - with our customers - not manufactures.

2. Eliminate conflict of interest when we are repairing your current equipment.  You should never have to worry about being told equipment needs to be upgraded or replaced when it could actually be repaired.

                                                   

Unlike the major equipment servicers that you may be familiar with we are not affiliated with any manufacturers and we don't have any sales agreements to maintain with them. Long ago we decided that the sales quotas these companies required us to maintain didn't reflect the way we like to do business. We wanted to be able to offer our customers the equipment and solutions that provided them the most benefit.  Whether that meant simply repairing their current assets or providing them options from other manufactures.

 

Working independently allows us to sell and service equipment from any source. We can supply you with reconditioned, pre-owned or new equipment, offering you the maximum level of choice. By remaining vendor-neutral we are able to advise you of the pros and cons of any potential purchase from an unbiased standpoint.
